RIDDING NOTES AND AGREEMENT

  1. No renting to the first time rider -> Should book an Easyrider
  2. NO ( ZERO ) Alcohol / Drug, otherwise you will face to legal responsibility
  3. Limit 40 km/h in Resident Zone; 50 – 60 km/h out of Resident Zone
  4. Go on the right of right lane, Keep distance with Kids; vihicles & animals
  5. Phone holder is not fit to all phone, take care of & reposibility for your phone
  6. Only turn light on when go in the tunnel, foggy, rain & Dark ( after 6.pm )
  7. Only fill petrol in big station, do not fill from locals with bottle, it can be fake / water
  8. Manage your time to finish mountain before 4.pm and to arrive hotel / office before 6.pm. Do not ride in dark time. Mechanic working and our supporting is only from 7 am to 6 pm.
  9. Do not solve problem yourself, Unless you have to pay for all the costs. We will find best solution to support you base on distance and problem, NOT always exchange the bike
  10. POLICE: Every month, we have around 2000 tourists renting cars from us to travel from Hue to Da Nang and Hoi An. None of them have been stopped by traffic police because they all comply with our regulations and routes. However, if you make faults, police may stop. Then the best way is take another roads or smile “Tip” & go
  11. Don’t put importaint, valued, breakable things, medicines, food in luggages to be sent / Kept. Because we are a motorbike rental company, not a logistic company. Everyday we transport more than 100 pieces of luggage, and we are not sure whether you have valuable items  or damaged before or after handing over the luggage to us.

  3. The Ho Chi Minh trail is a remote road located to the west of Hoi An, Da Nang, Hue, and Quang Tri, bordering Laos. Within 300km, there are tens of kilometers passing through forests with no people, motorcycle repair shops, or internet access. If you plan to travel on this road, it is mandatory to inform us in advance so that we can prepare the vehicle carefully. Additionally, you will need at least 2 days for the trip and will incur additional costs with us.

17: The Golden Bridge at Ba Na Hill is not located on the ground. Instead, it sits atop a hill where you must pay about 50 USD for the cable car to access. Unlike advertised, you’ll find yourself amidst thousands of mainly Asian tourists. It will take you at least 3-4 hours to explore, primarily featuring a modern European style, which might cause you to miss out on other beautiful spots along the coastal route. Furthermore, the road to Ba Na is a national highway with many trucks, not along the coastal route we suggest. If any issues arise, you will be responsible. You should allocate a separate day for sightseeing

  1. My Son Sanctuary is located about 40km west of Hoi An. If you visit, it will take you an additional 4 hours, and you will be very tired. There is a possibility that you will miss some attractions along the way and arrive at your destination when it’s dark and dangerous -> You should allocate a separate day for sightseeing
  2. The Ban Co Peak is located on the Son Tra Peninsula. Automatic scooters are prohibited by the authorities. The steep ascent is perilous, and some tourists have died from plunging into deep ravines. You are not ride to the summit without a guide; otherwise, you will bear full responsibility
  3. Why you return the luggage at the office and pick up the luggage.

Every day we transport more than 100 pieces of luggage, and we cannot deliver them all to hotels because many hotels are located far away, in alleys, or pedestrian streets. Additionally, many pieces of luggage look alike, so we could ship them incorrectly. Hotels are third parties, with many guests coming and going. If luggage is lost or damaged, no one will take responsibility. Luggage is also a liability; we need to inspect the vehicle before returning the luggage.”
