HUE COOKING CLASS OVERVIEW

Full day Perfume river tour together with you to Thuy Bieu eco village, lies along the upstream bank of Perfume River, a hidden Gem of untouched nature and culture. Local people live mainly on farming, gardening, cultivating and handicraft making. Here is home of “thanh tra” or “green pomelo that possesses a very special taste and fragrance.

Rowing  on the poetic Perfume River, cycling on peaceful shady paths, meeting local farmers, tasting seasonal local fruit, cooking local specialities, visit local craft families and intact monument are unforgetable activities our tour bring about.

HUE COOKING CLASS ITINERARY

8:30 am. Our tour guide meets you at your hotel for cycling through shady rural roads to visit old Dong Ba market. At here you will be introduced to Hue cuisine, local custome, retailer life and ingredients of Hue cooking class.

10:00 am. Take a 30-minute boat trip to admire the untouched view of Romantic Perfume River and Visit a four hundred years old Thien Mu (Heavenly Lady) pagoda from the dragon boats. 

11:00 am. Cycling through shady rural roads to some traditional craft families to learn about local life, Especially have an hand on experience making crafts with local artisian

12:00 am. Continuing cycle through pomelo gardens and paddy fields to Ms. Loan’s homestay for a cooking class with a local chef’s instruction.
